About INCORPORTAS

We are a professional corporate services provider based in Dubai, UAE. We provide tailored business corporate and advisory services specializing in business incorporation, relocation, restructuring, and investor programs for citizenship and residency.

Our core business is in the setup and management of corporate entities in the UAE and providing consulting services related to various Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs. We provide the advisory and execution of the incorporation of onshore entities across free zones and mainland Limited Liability Companies (LLC) in the UAE, as well as UAE-based offshore companies.

We also advise clients on business development and market research and market entry matters related to the UAE, and our strong and vast portfolio of experience and past advisory work rendered to clients across various industries such as Information Technology (IT), Marketing, Retail, Trading, and E-commerce, is testament to our ability to provide and deliver quality services to our clients.

Executive Director

Miloslav is responsible for business development and management of the key accounts, with the aim to provide tailor-made solutions according to the clients’ needs.

Miloslav is our Executive Director . He has experience as an Attorney-at-Law in Slovakia. He graduated from the Рan-European university in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, with a master degree in Law (Mgr.). In 2010 he earned the title of Doctor of Law (JUDr.). Miloslav is a member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2013.

Professional experience

Miloslav has wide experience with international Mergers and Acquisitions, Spin-Offs, Tax-Planning and Asset Management.

   

Kristina Makovini

Compliance Manager

Kristina oversees our compliance with local and international laws and regulations, ensuring our adherence to regulatory oversight.

Kristina joined in 2018 as a Compliance Manager. She holds a master degree in International Economy and Management (Ing.) from the Pan-European university in Bratislava, Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship. She is currently studying to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK.

Professional Experience

Having previously worked in the Audit Department of a Big Four in Slovakia, Kristina has wide experience within Audit Industry where she provided both Financial and Due Diligence audit. She also has practical knowledge in the field of International Financial Reporting Standards and Accounting principles. Kristina holds ACCA qualification – The Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) since 2017.
